Each carving begins with a conversation.
Whether you’re envisioning a decorative panel for your home, a piece of sacred art, or a small sculpture, I work closely with you to design and create a piece that fits naturally in your space.
I start by learning what you have in mind—its purpose, placement, and feel. From there, I prepare a drawing and suggest materials that suit the design. Once you approve the plan, I carve each piece by hand, bringing the design to completion with precision and care.

I take on a range of commissioned work, from decorative and devotional pieces to useful, everyday objects.
Commissioned work may include:
- Decorative panels – wall art, signs, and one-of-a-kind designs
- Sacred art – crosses, saints, and rosaries
- Jewelry – necklaces, earrings, and bracelets
- Practical items – spoons, crochet hooks, and replacement handles for your everyday tools
Each commission is unique. To begin, tell me a little about your project, and I’ll provide an estimate and timeline.
Contract Carving (For Trades)
I collaborate with other artisans and designers to produce custom carving for their projects. Whether minimal or highly detailed, I can add hand-carved elements that enhance your work and complement its design.
I can work from your drawings, templates, or reference images to create unique carvings that align with your craftsmanship and meet your project specifications.

Trade carving may include:
- Furniture elements – legs, chair backs, stiles and rails, door panels, and handles
- Architectural details – doors, mantels, corbels, trims, or insets
- Custom design – translating client drawings or renderings into carved form
- Pattern replication – reproducing motifs from existing or historical designs
Whether you need a small accent or a complete carved composition, I can adapt to your workflow and project requirements.
